Position Purpose

To foster market development and realization of competence system set up & CIP of sales management, sales scripts, sale skills, for internal sales colleagues and external dealers, retailers, sales promotors

Roles and Responsibilities岗位职责

-Develop training concept/system of sales module for internal colleagues, external sales people, Pos sales ect,

-Set up training courses of retail sales management,

- Develop training courses of retail sales scripts, competitors argument execution,

-Develop training courses of retail sales skill, leads channel development

-Plan the training program,

-Delivery the training,

-other duties as assigned.

Master’s degree, preferably in HVAC or related fields.

5+ years of sales training experience in premium retail brands (e.g., luxury, high-end appliances, automotive) with a strong track record.

Training Delivery: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.

Results-driven with the ability to translate business needs into training solutions.

Strong team player with a growth mindset and adaptability.

Thrives in fast-paced environments, and willing to travel frequently.
