- Supervise the customer quality team and product quality team
- Drive quality improvment action with cross functional teamwork (LOG/ENG/PUQ/SVC etc.)
- Define, carry out and manage the overall quality plan
- Lead and coordinate customer claim related topics
- Work together with quality Department of Lead plant in Germany for quality communication and improvement.
- manage and deal with serious quality problems
- Active communication with customer and maintain a sustanebal relationship with customer
- Organize quality meeting and report for managment review
- Drive digitalizaiton in Quality work
- 管理客户质量团队以及产品质量团队
- 驱动跨部门质量的持续改进
- 制定、实施并管理质量计划
- 领导/协调客户投诉相关工作
- 就质量沟通和改进与德国主厂合作
- 管理/处理重大质量问题
- 积极建立客户沟通,保持持续良好的客户关系
- 组织质量会议以及管理评审报告
- 驱动质量工作数字化
-University degree in mechanical engineering or related
-Minimum 5 years work experience in quality management, preferably automotive industry
-Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, root cause and risk analysis, ISO9001, SPC,6sigma princip .etc.
-Professional experience with mechanical engineering products, preferably hydraulic products
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
-High level of spoken and written English, German desirable
-机械工程或相关专业大学学历
-至少5年质量管理工作经验,有汽车行业工作经验者优先考虑
-掌握8D、FMEA、根本原因分析、风险分析、ISO9001、SPC,6sigma 原理等等
-具有机械工程产品最好是液压产品方面的专业工作经验
-很强的领导能力和人际交往能力
-英语听说读写能力俱佳,最好掌握德语
