• Assist in proofreading press releases, social media posts, and other PR-related content
• Monitor and report on media coverage and industry trends regarding exhibitions
• Support outreach to journalists, editors, influencers, and other media contacts
• Help maintain and update media lists and press databases
• Coordinate logistics for press events, celebrity dressings, and press shootings
• Conduct research on media outlets, industry topics, and competitor activity
• Support social media and digital PR strategies as needed
• Prepare presentation decks, briefing documents, and campaign recaps
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging
• Other administrative tasks related to public relations and communications

• Availability of At least 4 days per week
• Experience in luxury industry is a plus
• Experience in PR related work is a plus
• Strong verbal and written English
