RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Strategic Business Needs Diagnosis and capability gap assessment: Identify and synthesize complex business needs across the assigned BU. Utilize deep understanding of product and sales strategies to diagnose key strategic challenges and assess capability gap with line-manager’s guidance.
2.Learning and Empowerment Strategy Development: Architect and champion a forward-looking learning strategy, design comprehensive learning and empowerment plan for BU that directly supports business objectives.
3.Executive Management Course and Professional Training Initiatives Delivery: Direct the delivery of management courses aimed at enhancing senior management capabilities if applicable. Implement the execution of central programs landing and advanced training programs in product knowledge and disease areas for target audience, aligning with the strategic goals to meet evolving market demands.
4.Streamline Onboarding for New Hires: Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, focusing on swift integration and accelerated professional growth to enhance organizational capabilities.
5.Feedback Analysis and Development: Actively solicit and analyze training feedback from frontline staff, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and elevate training approaches and content with line-manager’s guidance.
6.Tailored Coaching and Support: Provide specialized, adaptive coaching and support tailored to the unique professional needs of frontline employees, facilitating their navigation through complex career development pathways.
7.Enhance Training with Digital Technologies: Drive the integration of digital technologies into existing training frameworks to enhance learning effectiveness. Adopt sophisticated digital learning tools, interactive simulations, and data analytics tools, ensuring they are effectively tailored to meet the evolving needs of frontline employees and align with strategic training objectives.
8.Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support the overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
1.Over 5 years of experience in a training position in Pharm industry, full familiarity with professional knowledge in the sales domain, understanding the work environment and customer interaction dynamics of frontline staff.
2.Over 4 years of experience in Sales Management.
3.Course design and development experience is preferred
4.Advanced Business Insight: Demonstrate good business acumen, with the ability to conduct in-depth analyses and deliver tailored solutions for complex business challenges.
5.Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Communication: Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling seamless collaboration across multiple departments to drive the implementation of projects and solutions.
6.Knowledge Transfer and Skill Development: Effectively integrate complex product and disease knowledge with real-world market scenarios, ensuring frontline employees can thoroughly understand and apply this knowledge in their daily work.
7.Coaching and Feedback: Provide professional, personalized coaching tailored to individual employee needs, helping them address work-related challenges and fostering continuous performance improvement and career development.
8.Learning Content Optimization: Proactively collect and analyze training feedback to continuously refine existing training content and methods, while introducing innovative learning materials to enhance effectiveness
