Access, analyze and report market share and product performance on a monthly and quarterly basis for the company as a whole as well as drill downs for each of the species business units.
Support business goal via data mining and primary market research.
Assist in developing marketing POV presentations that combine secondary, syndicated, and primary research to deliver market insights to the species business units.
Market reseach agency management.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Business / Economics or related field.
Industry experiences: Pharmaceutical, Market Research or related filed.
Position experiences: 2+ years of relevant working experience.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing).
Computer Skills: Strong MS Office software practice, especially various skills of Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail.
Independent problem solving and good learning skill.
Proactive and self-motivated.
