Job Summary

As Lab Characterization Engineer, you will define and develop electrical characterization methods. You need to characterize IC device products, develop and maintain lab equipment/tools.

What you will do

Work in a global team supporting research & development of discrete devices

•Characterize discrete semiconductor devices acc internal & external standards

• Define and develop electrical characterization methods for discrete rectifier and transistor products based on

China Mobile market requirements

Owner of all measurement equipment/tools (e.g. driving calibration, maintenance, spare parts, investments)

Execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and define related requirements for electrical characterization setups

• Lead and support small optimization projects.

• Develop and maintain lab automatization tools

• Improve Surge Test Setup (e.g. enable on-wafer measurement capability)

•Investigate competitor products and technologies

• Support customer design-in / de-bugging characterization requests iples and user management

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred

• Hands-on experience in measurement technique for electronic circuitry and setups

• Required advanced knowledge in MS Windows

• Basic knowledge in MS Windows network principles and user management

• Basic knowledge in analogue circuit technology

• Preferably Signal Integrity knowledge

• Preferably experience in LabVIEW and Python

• Preferably PCB design knowledge

• Ability to take ownership and initiative

• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
