ACCOUNTABILITY: Continuously improve maintenance work execution to improve on-time completed rate with high quality and efficiency to ensure utility workshop operations continuous and stable, and support TPU/PCG/LLS maintenance works to produce and deliver compliant products at targeted cost, quality and service levels under excellent HSES management through improving maintenance knowledge and problem-solving skill. RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Manage special equipment (Such as: boiler, vessel, pipes, elevator, lifter, forklift…), safety devices (such as rupture disc, PSV, pressure gauge…) of Songjiang site, ensure all the procedures, documents, matters compliance and within validity.
-Manage and maintain list of special equipment, safety devices (mandatory testing & non mandatory testing). Maintenance records.
-Manage electrical generator, regular testing and maintenance works.
-Scaffold inspection and approval.
-Manage all hoisting devices (fixed and removed), hoisting accessories, hoisting safety accessories, MEWP equipment.
-Manage responsibility area.
-Manage and collect CI documents of maintenance team.
-Natural gas system: daily inspection and maintenance, leakage testing, manage mandatory testing.
-Execute daily maintenance inspection for utility equipment, HVAC system, wastewater treatment system, report abnormal information to maintenance engineer.
-Execute maintenance works for utility equipment, HVAC system, wastewater treatment system, and other production equipment follow maintenance work order from operation team.
-Implement critical mechanical PM work independently
-Trouble shooting and solving. Can solve mechanical equipment failure independently, such as pump, mechanical seal, blower, heating exchange, compressor, agitator, motor, valve etc.
-Support maintenance engineer to establish maintenance procedure (SOP) for all equipment, and train maintenance contractors.
-Keep utility equipment running in a good situation.
-Contractor management.
-Can dis-assemble and assemble mechanical equipment, can do shaft alignment independently.
-Support to lean manufacturing activity: TPM-AM, 5S, JI etc.
-Work together with the utility operation team to meet the production request.
-Evaluate potential risk of maintenance work order through tools like JHA/JSA. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
-Education Background:
-College Degree in mechanical or related majors
-At least 6 years’ mechanical maintenance experience, foreign venture experience is preferred.
-At least 4 years’ maintenance technician experience in chemical plant.
-Technical Skills:
-Good maintenance background, especially in mechanical maintenance.
-Good execution capacity and delivery result.
-Have strong problem-solving skill.
-Electrical operation license.
-Special equipment management certification.
-Forklift driver.
-Other Experiences Preferred:
-familiar with analysis tool like 5-why, RCA, fish-bone diagram
-Implement predictive maintenance work through tools like vibration detector, shaft alignment instrument etc.
-CAD and other industry plot software.
-Familiar with lean manufacturing, like 5S, TPM-AM, JI etc.
