What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a trusted HRBP, working closely with onsite HR and region HRBP to guide and coach them through a wide range of employment matters, including:
I. Advising on workplace concerns such as performance, conduct, capacity, and casual employment.
II. Supporting leaders in the management of probation, underperformance, and behavioral concerns.
III. Providing coaching on long-term illness and (non-) work-related injuries.
IV. Partnering with regional HRBP to manage the termination process, the scope of which includes but not necessarily limited to performance management, communication, and exit management.
V. Any other duties as assigned by the Associate Director, Human Resources, PM, China.
· Must be a degree educated Human Resources professional with at least 8 years multinational corporation experience, including 5 years’ in employment relations role.
· Must have a high level of business acumen, and be able to align people strategies with business objectives, taking a systematic and pragmatic approach.
· Familiar with the regulations of China Labor Law is a must.
