1. 确保产品质量和成本控制：电镀工艺工程师需要确保电镀产品的质量符合要求，并协助生产和技术经理控制生产成本。检查、评估和贯彻内部工作流程，解决与生产工艺和设备相关的问题，以降低各种生产成本和费用。监督现场按标准作业指导书进行作业，解决生产过程中的工艺及质量问题。

Ensure product quality and cost control: Electroplating process engineers need to ensure that the quality of electroplated products meets the requirements and assist production and technical managers in controlling production costs. Inspect, evaluate and implement internal work processes, solve problems related to production processes and equipment, and reduce various production costs and expenses. Supervise the on-site operation in accordance with the standard operation instructions and solve the process and quality problems in the production process.

2. 技术支持和工艺改进：提供技术支持，参与部门体系文件的制作，分析和持续改进生产工艺，审核引进技术和开发新产品中的技术问题。解决生产过程中的突发问题，并对不良品进行处理。

Technical support and process improvement: Provide technical support, participate in the production of departmental system documents, analyze and continuously improve production processes, and review technical issues in the introduction of technologies and the development of new products. Solve the unexpected problems in the production process and deal with the defective products.

3. 新项目开发和管理：在新项目或产品开发阶段，电镀工艺工程师负责工艺制定、文件编写、药水开发评估、验证管理等工作。他们还需要进行新项目的工艺调试，确保生产工艺的编制、评审和修订。
