- Lead to develop annual CRM strategy and scheme, develop & deploy NCC, birthday, loyalty program, design segmented customer communication upon marketing campaign calendar to drive repeat & retention
- Elevate consumer experience with tailor-made consumer journey in single customer view, and develop holistic CRM program with Omni-channel Synergy, purchase behavior insight
- Lead brand’s CDP/ consumer journey digital transformation by close collaboration with internal & external solution providers, develop up-to-date CRM tools for user experience improvement, drive system integration and optimization to improve retail operation efficiency
- Generate insightful CRM report to support product marketing, sales team, training team to detect business opportunity with improvement in consumer delivery at different touch points
- Manage the annual budget of CRM team with regular monitoring
- Comprehensive skill set specialized in cosmetics CRM & luxury client-telling, Fragrance category experience is a plus
- Strategy thinking with proficient data analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skill
- A proactive team player, a consumer centric mind set
- At least 5 years relevant working experiences in CRM or customer services areas
- Previous experience in cosmetic/luxury brands is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English is preferred
