• Develop mechanical concept according to customer requirement and internal design guideline.

• Apply product engineering method (e.g., DRBFM, DFMEA) to mechanical design.

• Create 3D/2D drawing, create BOM in SAP system on time.

• Support technical discussion with supplier and make sure specification delivered clearly.

• Approve component deviation according to product specification and measurement result.

• Support release of purchased parts for series production.

• Conduct risk assessment. Support problem solving and 8D activity from mechanical perspective.

• Provide technical supports for internal departments

• Bachelor/master’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

• Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation, experience in UG is preferred.

• At least 3 years’ working experience, with automotive electronic water pump design experience is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plastic, rubber or metal sheet parts process is preferred. Good communication skill with team / customers / management.

• Efficient in design tasks, focus on quality of deliverable.

• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese, team player.
