主要职责
Main Duties
1、作为餐厅的营业经理和市场专员，依照凯悦国际及酒店标准确保餐厅成功运作并独立盈利。
To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of Hyatt International and the hotel and are individually profitable.
2、协助确保餐饮部运作符合其酒店策略，适当执行酒店规章。
Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective corporate strategy, and that the hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate.
3、协助定期主持召开部门沟通会并确保分部门例会和会议确实有效且在必要时进行指导。
Assists to conduct regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
4、确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
5、在餐厅区域花时间巡视以确保员工很好地管理餐厅区域并使各项工作达到最佳满意度。
Spends time in the outlet to ensure that the outlet is managed well by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations.
6、确保员工在（服务）客人时可以联系到，并提供热情，真诚的服务。
Ensures our associates (service) are always reachable while it is needed by customers and show passion and enthusiasm to provide our authentic service.
7、协助餐厅经理达到月度和年度个人目标和餐厅营业收入。
Assists the outlet manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
8、在营运过程中将对于餐饮产品的检验和监督贯穿始终，并在适当的情况下作出反馈。
Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate.
9、以支持和灵活的态度与其他经理紧密合作，着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。
Works closely with other managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
10、 监督餐饮部所有员工的守时性和仪容仪表，确保他们根据酒店和部门的仪容仪表要求身着正确的制服并保持高标准的仪容仪表和个人卫生状况。
Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverage associates, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
