Are you a good match?
You have hold a Bachelor Degree. You have more than 2 years’ working experience related to stock management/logistics. You have strong pack office skills, especially good at EXCEL. You have the strong capacity for multiple task handling. You are a native speaker in Chinese and have workable English skills in terms of reading, writing and speaking.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to L‘ÉCOLE Front Desk Supervisor, within L’ECOLE School of Jewelry Arts, supported by Van Cleef & Arpels. You can enable the best experience School in line with Maison standard for all students and visitors, by optimizing the operations in all the spaces of the school. You work closely with the Operations and Administration team on all logistics topics, supervise general services and related external vendors.
