1. As technical leader to drive strategic hit innovation project and protect Ecolab’s market-leading position – including clean and sanitizing chemical program development with associated dispensing, control, and equipment application.

2. Lead large, complex commercialization projects from technical side with complete understanding of Phase Gate process, and consistent communication with multi-functional project team members –Marketing Packaging, Dispensing, Process Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Regulatory, Finance, etc.

3. Design experiments using statistical analysis to understand the dynamics of chemical formulations. 

4. Clean & Sanitize portfolio management: maintenance, cost savings, and regulation / compliance efforts.

5. Competitor analysis and advanced technical support on products to resolve customer’s problem.

1. Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Fine Chemistry, Polymer or other Engineering disciplines with more than 8 or PhD. Degree with more than 5 years’ working experience.

2. 5-7+ years of related experience in a 0-1 product / formula development and project leadership capacity.

3. Strong logical thinking, teamwork & interpersonal communication skills.

4. Skillful in formula design, experienced with statistical analysis tools, like DOE.

5. High ownership and strong ability to work under high pressure.

6. Demonstrated initiative and capability to conduct deep research to solve technical challenges.

7. Fluent in English.
