Daily Business Operation

-      Daily operation of DTC & PFS, provide production PIM(商品信息) and photos to TP team.

-      Communicate with HQ & TP team to refresh online site pages regularly.

-      Assist with packaging requirements and payments application.

-      Regularly check PFS pages for price, categories, product photo correctness especially when there’re new batches of products uploaded

-      Campaign preparation, cooperate with TP team and work with HQ to prepare content & strategy.

-      Answer CS(客服) questions.
