Job Responsibility:
We need you to do five days per week during summer holiday (July-Aug), and three days per week from Sep-Dec.

Recruitment& Employer Branding
• Responsible for posting new job advertisements and updating posting regularly
• Assist in screening applications and searching resumes in databases of recruitment platforms (e.g., Liepin, 51Job), focusing on candidates from the same industry
• Responsible for candidate phone outreach and scheduling interviews, as well as sending interview invitations
• Assist in recruitment update reports (TA Recruitment Track and Monthly TA Report)
• Assist with EVP/ EB activities, including daily maintenance of Moseeker platform, job posting, and application for employer branding-related awards, supporting and coordinate on video shooting.
HR Assist:
• Onboarding, offboard documents preparation and fillings
• Employee certificate preparation (Income, Visa, Business Travel)
• Help to maintain the employee main data &leave system to ensure the accurate and timely update in system
• Assist the HR basic reports base on requirements.
About You:
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 6 months' HR intern working experience
Strong communication skills, Detail &Result oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
