职位描述

1. Responsible for the bonus management with in APAC with a focus on customers in in selected countries of the APAC region, mainly for CN, IN, ID, TH, MY, SG, TW, VN and KR, plus special customers - including independent and autonomous control, coordination and monitoring of compliance with internal guidelines and processes as well as consideration of the corresponding legal and tax requirements in bonus management.

2. Correct creation (creation of accruals) and SOA / compliance compliant documentation of bonus agreements in consultation with AMSP Sales and the countries - including the coordination of customer master data changes on the instructions of AMSP Sales and in coordination with all departments involved. 

3. Proactive, timely and SOA / compliance compliant settlement and payment processing - including independent creation of credit notes and payment instructions as well as debit summaries and obtaining all relevant approvals. This also includes the preparation of manual journal entries for the rounding off differences prior to close the agreement (O-CN) / for profit center reclass (O-IN), and the preparation of GL account reconciliation (O-CN, O-IN). 

4. Maintenance, further development and training of the working instructions in the area of bonus management. Especially for Sales, BM supporting colleagues within APAC and GBS.

5. Coordination of internal and external auditors in terms of statutory and year-end financial audis regarding Bonus Management for all APAC entities.

6. Supporting the creation and customisation of standard bonus and service contracts for AMSP sales according to the specifications and rules of the CRM3000 process, the specialist departments and the BCA criteria in APAC with focus on ID, TH, SG and MY. Plus the coordination for the IN standard bonus and service contracts.

7. In this context, interface between AMSP Sales, controlling and the specialist departments. 

8. Special tasks in the context of bonus and contract management.

任职条件

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Customer service or controlling/finance experience (1-3 years)

3. Good knowledge of sales processes

4. Good knowledge of bonus and contract management processes

5. MS Office(especially Excel), SAP SD + BW + FI

6. English fluently

7. Open, integrative personality / self-initiated / motivated

8. Resilient / process-oriented / systematic / practical and solution-orientated
