Responsibilities:
•Responsible for BioA products selling in assigned territory, achieve annual sales target.
•Co-customer visit with authorized dealers to drive sales performance in assigned territory.
•Provide pre-sales technical support to end-user and authorized dealers.
•Provide basic product training for internal and external groups, including workshops and instrument demonstration.
•Initiate and support the regional marketing programs.
•Prepare sales forecast and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities.
•Collect customer feedback and provide constructive suggestion to the management team.
•Routine customer visit and build up good relationship with key customers.
•Build and foster effective relationships with both partners and internal teams to execute the defined strategies and policies of the organization including funnel management, compliance policy, etc.
•Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in in biological engineering or life sciences, Master/PhD is preferred.
•
Minimum 3 years work experience in sales and marketing function in life science or relevant industry.
•
Systematic sales management knowledge, skills and experience is necessary, funnel management and distributor management experience are preferred.
•
Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities accordingly.
•
Good communication skill to interact with stakeholders internally and externally.
•
Good presentation skill with customer facing experience.
•
Familiar with MS-office, good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
•
Willing to travel (frequency depending upon geographic location)
•
Self-Motivated and have a doer attitude and mindset.
