Business Operation
l Develop and manage a very smooth partnership relationship with all Function Leaders to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of business and operation priorities
l Oversee and coordinate key strategic initiatives, timelines, milestones, delivery quality, etc within the organization and keep track of the progress to ensure the alignment and communication among all functions.
l Identify business risks and areas for improvement and develop relevant risk mitigation plans and plans for improving the operation efficiency.
l Managing relationships with partners and suppliers
l Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
l Assist the Head of TCIC in strategic communications by working with the Communication and Brand team to develop and align key messages and communication plans;
l Assist in organizing patent applications, result appraisals, award applications, and reviews for various projects. Assist in maintaining technological confidentiality and intellectual property protection.
l Assist in driving operational process improvements and the implementation of special projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
l Undertake any other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Event & Branding
l Organize and coordinate various activities/conferences, government receptions and team building, etc
l Intergrate the internal and external resources to ensure all resources are used appropriately and effectively.
l Work closely with the Head of TCIC and assist him in managing and driving business operation agenda including corporate communication events, change management, corporate governance, etc.
Project Management:
l Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex initiatives.
l Experience in monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness:
l In-depth understanding of the pharma industry, familiarity with medical workflows, clinical practice, quality control, and data management. Ability to blend algorithm tech with medical business.
Stakeholder Engagement:
l Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Level of Education
Marketing/Communications/Management background, communication or marketing or operation experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred. Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred
Working Experience in Relevant Field
10 years experiences in operation management/facility/communication, experiences digital Health or medical device or Pharma preferred
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Fluent English
