About the role
This role is responsible for the:
- Development, delivery and execution of marketing materials & programs for national distributors and all related channels e.g. COFCO, C&D, Vats & LJLJ, potentially with scope extension to cover Ecommerce and national retailers
- Delivery of every piece of non-ATL related brand content, POS & trade presenters
- Takes the core brand activity and then makes it work across national distributor channel and its customers network
- Developing the go to market strategy and clear picture of success for sales execution for activities such as NPD, Online Promotions, and store renovation on ecommerce platform
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and execute ‘in full & on time, with excellence’ BTL elements of all key brand programs.
- Budget management and continuous tracking of $A&P spend for agreed projects
- Develop, manage and execute all ad hoc and ‘off the plan’ digital programs.
- Develop, manage and execute agreed sponsorship leverage programs.
- Closely monitor execution of key programs to capture leanings and drive for continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction and execution of marketing programs
- Actively participates in continuous improvement around culture and personal development.
- Manage and nurture agency relationships – Event & Production, to achieve best results as well as seeking to bring new ideas to the table.
- Lead communication and engagement with sales team for key portfolio initiatives, develop key selling stories for brands
- Development and delivery of all relevant communication touch-points for sales execution.
- Input into development of key portfolio initiatives – with the viewpoint as the sales expert
- Input into annual brand planning process – with the viewpoint as the sales expert
- Responsible for complying with company policies, procedures and governance including Corporate Social Responsibilities, Risk Management and Health and Safety
