RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Deliver Annual Sales Target, regional Plans and Strategies
•Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
•Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve In- Market Sales Target.
Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional technical Support
•To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
•To review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
•Monthly/weekly business reports to National Sales Manager/business unit director
•Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
•Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM policy and requirement
•Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM
•Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM are executed
•Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
•Industry Experience: 5 years or more of medical device industry is preferred
•Job experience:
10 years of sales experience in hospital environment OR, 5 year of medical industry sales experience.
•Specific job requirement:
Frequent travelling to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings.
On call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours
•Able to work on weekends during scientific meetings/workshops
•Self-motivated and possesses the drive to achieve results
• Team player, and must be able to work independently as well
