•Learning Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and learning needs within the organization, recommending relevant solutions.

•Competency Framework Development: Design and update competency models to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals and industry standards.

•Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies across all levels.

•Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work with external training providers and partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

•Learning culture development in Bosch China.

任职条件

•High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)

•Around 7-10 years experiences in learning, leadership and competence development.

•HR Business Partner experiences is a mandatory.

•High customer/user focus

•Passionate and influential personality

•Strong collaboration and facilitation skills

•Good presentation skill and data analysis skill

•Fluent English in written and communication
