Job Summary

HD eAxle test and production facility buildup, maintenance. HD eAxle function and validation test.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Engineering and production test bench, machine and equipment development

•Engineering and production test bench, machine and equipment maintenance, repairing

•HD eAxle product test method definition, includes, mechanical and electrical solution.

•Test bench release, including measurement system capability study, e.g. Cg. GRR, etc.

•Test bench control system buildup

Qualifications Requirement

•Master of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or similar education background

•CET4 or above, fluent in oral and written English

•Good communication skills and team spirit

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

•Experience of non-standard equipment development

•Knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering

•Experience of PLC / labview programming

•Experience of Halcon vision system

•Familiar with mainstream communication protocols: CAN/ PROFINET/ TWINCAT/Modbus TCP

•Familiar with mainstream frequency converter and servo system (FESTO/ABB/ Inovance, etc.).

•Familiar with EPSON robot programming and commissioning.

•Experience with EPLAN electrical drawing and design is a plus.
