Oversee end-to-end supply chain management for commercial pharmaceutical products, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and optimization, and new product launch readiness. Ensure efficient and stable supply chain operations while collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

1. Demand & Supply Planning

  - Lead Demand Planning and Supply Planning for commercial products, develop rolling forecasts and supply strategies.

2. New Product Launch Readiness

  - Spearhead supply chain planning for new product launches (New Product Launch Planning), including supply planning, inventory buildup, logistics design, and post-launch supply tracking.

3. External supplier management

  - Serve as the key supply chain liaison for external suppliers (e.g., partners, CMOs, etc.), ensuring regular communication on supply plans, order execution, and operational issues to maintain compliant and seamless cross-border supply.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Commercial Operations Support

  - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  - Continuously optimize supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP, EOS) to enhance digital capabilities; develop risk mitigation plans for supply disruptions.

任职要求 Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.

2. Experience:

  - 5+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain planning (Demand/Supply Planning), with knowledge of GMP/GSP regulations; experience in multinational or innovative biopharma companies preferred.

  - Demonstrated experience in new product launch supply chain preparation.

3. Skills & Competencies:

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently develop and execute supply plans.

  - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

  - Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with global partners.
