You will support and gradually take ownership of key planning activities, including:

•Demand Planning Support

•Assist in analysing and forecasting product demand across multiple levels.

•Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand demand drivers.

•Supply Planning Support

•Help to issue invoice and solve related issues.

•Help ensure the smooth flow of goods to local distribution centers and customers.

•Monitor supply risks and support the team in resolving issues.

•S&OP Participation

•Support the coordination of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

•Assist in gathering market intelligence and contributing to cross-functional planning discussions.

•Inventory Monitoring

•Help track inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve service or reduce overstock.

•Support clean-up and optimization initiatives.

•Master Data & Reporting

•Maintain planning data in SAP and assist in report preparation and KPI tracking.

What We’re Looking For

•A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

•Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or a related

•Good proficiency in English

•Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to learn

•Proficiency with Excel; Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required

•Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environment

•A hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand the big picture
