1.Responsible for the structure scheme and drawing design of products, structural layout, thermal design and drawing review；

2.Product structural design, Bom drawing output release；

3.Prototype assembly, testing for mechanical content, review and technical support for mass-produced products；

4.Maintenance of mass-produced products and implementation of cost reduction schemes；

5.Formulation of structural standards and formulation and release of various templates；

6.Optimize mechanical design with performance and cost considerations；

7.Qualification and approval of mechanical parts of converter；

8.Participate in global team (Chinese, German, etc.)；

9.Cooperate with global RD team to solve design changes caused by global material shortages.

1.Major in mechanical design or related fields with more than 5 years of work experience. Priority will be given to those with relevant work experience in inverters；

2.Proficient in using drafting software such as CroeE, SolidWorks, UG is prefer for drafting and 3D modeling, wiring harness and capable of thermal design；

3.Understand EMC and safety regulations common sense, mechanical design knowledge and the ability of DFMEA analysis；

4.Familiar with common structural materials for power electronic products and sheet metal and cabinet structure design；

5.Have strong communication skills and teamwork ability, be able to actively promote project progress and have strong sense of work responsibility；

6.Proficient in sheet metal, plastic, die-casting processing technology and design；

7.Experienced in production and quality problem solving；

8.Knowledge about international (Chinese and German, etc.) standards and regulations regarding mechanical parts of converters；

9.On-site experience and application know-how preferred；

10.Good English language in written and spoken forms；

11.Cooperation with various locations and partners including at international level；

12.Familiar with drawing change process of existing product.
