About the role

This role will be responsible for acquiring new EE clients (Enterprise purchases and Entrepreneur purchases), managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth by promoting Penfolds products. Then Create a tailored brand experience to enhance the image of Penfolds , finally achieving both team and individual sales targets.

Client Acquisition & Account Management:

  • Identify and develop corporate clients (e.g., enterprises, institutions, industry associations) with tailored sales strategies
  • Engage directly with entrepreneurs or procurement decision-makers to understand needs and provide customized solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction 
  • Identify and leverage relevant internal and external initiatives to deliver the TWE brand distribution target
  • Always represent the TWE in a professional manner and with integrity

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas, including new client acquisition, revenue, and profit margins
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches for maximum conversion 
  • Develop corporate VIP clients by offering them exclusive premium services, events and so on, thereby enhancing brand image and influence

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with company goals 

Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Track sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and generate regular performance reports


任职条件

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience working within a fast moving environment with the ability to multi-task
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the alcohol industry, with no less than 5 years of experience working in a frontline alcohol company
  • Focused on Business to EE and holding resources of enterprise purchasing and VIPs
  • Good English skill
