About the role

To enable the achievement of sales objectives and outcomes through efficient data tool and precise business insight

• Generate comprehensive monthly reports based on collected data, identifying and highlighting key opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide strategic insights that inform better business decisions.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand actual business conditions and identify risks and opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain efficient data tools and analysis models as per requirements to perform data mining and analysis, thereby deriving insights beneficial to the business that meet the needs of both the sales team and leadership.
• Present findings to the management team and prepare related documentation for senior management.
• Combine internal analysis with external research and publicly available market information to provide comprehensive business insights.
• Function as a team member in a variety of strategy, operations and business development projects, provide support by offering relevant business analysis and insights.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in a business, commerce, marketing or related discipline
• Exceptional written/oral communication skills 
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in BA or similar role
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to handle and clean unstructured and messy data logically using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, and Tableau.
• Proven experience in business analysis, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
• Solid understanding of PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce clear reports and presentations, including data presentation, written and tabular reports, and graphical representations.
• Meticulous approach to data validation and cross-checking across various dimensions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and influence various stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, and highly collaborative.
• Problem-Solving: Eager to tackle ambiguous problems and find innovative solutions.
• Wine / drinks Industry experience will be added value
