About the role

The National Distributor Manager will be the primary point of contact for managing the strategic partnership with national distributors. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives, and maximizing sales performance across ND channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong distributor management skills with deep industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Sales Excellence & Account Management:

  • Act as the lead contact for strategic clients, developing tailored relationship management plans to enhance partnership loyalty and drive mutual growth.
  • Ensure the achievement of annual sales targets, managing both team and individual performance to ensure alignment with corporate revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive expense management strategies, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Enforce corporate sales policies and pricing frameworks, while designing and implementing innovative promotion and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the end-to-end execution of client-specific sales promotion plans, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness.
  • Manage client expense reconciliation and verification processes to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse customer needs and market trends, integrating insights with brand strategies to formulate creative promotional initiatives.
  • Communicate corporate strategies to clients, ensuring alignment and proactive implementation to drive operational consistency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining continuous communication to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.


任职条件

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience working within a fast-moving environment with the ability to multi-tasks
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales management (FMCG industry is preferred). Proven successful experience in sales management.
  • Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability under pressure.
  • Excellent market insight and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Business-level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
