• Accountabilities:  

The jobholder is accountable to maintain serviceability of the structure lab; to provide Training Solutions to Key Account Managers (KAM) within defined timescale; support the deployment and organisation of structure training to external customers, in order to contribute to increase services revenues.

• Main activities:

Work and support the long-term structure training strategic development. 

Support structure training to identify customer needs, opportunities and trends to propose innovative training products and services.

To support the structure course delivery smoothly the daily operation, coordinate for quick response to customer training requests. 

Ensure the trainees’ awareness of the safety and security issues in the training centre. 

Support daily operational planning and its material sourcing processes.

Support manages the structure laboratory, tools and materials to ensure maximum course delivery on time and quality. Set up the operational procedure of the structure lab as per EHS-MS standards and local regulations. Improve the implementation of EHS-MS in the structure lab and support the internal/external EHS audit. 

Support structure training daily works closely with supporting departments. 

Support Structure Training some projects, Warehouse modifications/ Tooling management in Structure Lab/ Structure Days etc.

Support structure training activities, department meetings, dry run preparation, TB etc.

• Qualifications/ Ability :

Education: An undergraduate currently studying for a degree.

Experience: Student (Priority given to those with aircraft maintenance or composite materials related majors)

Basic Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Soft Skills: Attention to detail; Pleasant personality; Good presentation and communication skills

Technical Skills: knowledge of Google G suite, Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders,. Knowledge of the EHS system.
