•Customer complaint handling including both 0km and field.
•Problem solving with 8D on IQIS system for customer complaint.
•Customer quality contract support and quality meeting participant.
•Coordinate customer audit triggered by quality issue after SOP.
•Customer specific requirements acquisition and follow out.
•Visit customer and dealer.
•Provide technique support for customer.
•Bachelor or diploma in mechanic & electric integration
•Two years working experience in quality area, Auto industry preferred
•Know quality tools and method of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, et.
•Have skill of problem solving with 8D method
•CET4 or above, oral English required
