In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
• Get onboard the audience planning framework of TCCC and transfer the request landing on platforms.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ request on Yuntu, RACE and Lingxi.
• Participate in annual plan and contribute in platform data strategy.
In six months:
• Continuously share knowledge of platform data services with planning teams and clients.
• Create a standard white book that can be leveraged across different categories within TCCC.
• Sustain a good working relationship with both internal and external partners.
• Successfully complete at least 6 qualified client data service cases on Yuntu, and Lingxi, and activate the built audience planning framework into campaigns.
In 12 months:
• Take on a leadership role in driving platform service innovation.
• Continuously upgrade platform data service capability and extend it to new platforms or service opportunities that emerge.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Deep understanding of platform data tools and able to build client specific operating model.
• Communicate with key stakeholders and business teams to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal development resources for product or component development and project management.
• Introduce products and solutions to colleagues or clients.
What you’ll need:
• Knowledge or experience in mathematical statistics, data analysis, data mining, etc.
• Familiarity with Excel, PPT, and other common data analysis tools.
• Strong logical thinking, written organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with big platform data tools, such as Yuntu, Lingxi, RACE, etc.
• Familiarity with marketing models, such as Bytedance O-5A model, capable of analyzing and diagnosing brand audience assets, and designing the implementation path of brand audience assets.
• Modelling capability is a plus
• Sharp data analysis and consumer insight mindset, capable of studying consumer psychology based on data, timely grasping the needs of target customers, and making reasonable marketing strategies and operational suggestions.
• Being careful and rigorous in work, while maintaining an active and open-minded approach.
