•Roll-out global template for BOSCH Business Mobility Sector below project range, including requirement analysis, process design, data migration, user training, testing and stabilization support.

•Provide support in daily maintenance processes, including system trouble shooting and process consulting.

•Analyze business requirements, coordinate development, and implement solutions to achieve defined business goals.

•Deploy Bosch process standards to meet or exceed organization expectations.

•Fulfill relevant tasks along the preparation of roll-out project, including current state analysis, to-be processes design and implementation including gaps realization.

•Organize information sharing with partners and key users, deploy new developed business request, and provide expertise for training.

•Qualification Requirement:(e.g. Education, Working Experience / License, Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc)

•Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of Information Management and Information System, Management Science, Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant majors

•At least 3 years’ experience in SAP PP modules; Better to have full-cycle SAP implementation or roll-out projects experience, global projects and S/4 HANA experience are preferred.

•Have experience in logistic of manufacturing industries, automobile relevant is preferred.

•Customer oriented mindset, proactive and creative individuals to execute project work-streams successfully.

•Proactive individuals can support project work-streams successfully, built trust and relationships with team members and stakeholders.

•Structured thinkers with core consulting and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, no silo thinking, must have end-to-end process view.

•Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
