职位描述

- Test the electrical performance of Infineon power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET) using a double-pulse test platform

- Generate the test reports and analyze data

- Design test boards based on different product packages and technologies

- Support daily lab maintenance activities

任职条件

- Undergraduate or postgraduate students (preferably in Electronics or Electrical Engineering)

- Solid knowledge of power devices (SiC, IGBTs, and MOSFETs) and their applications.

- Strong understanding of system testing and basic debugging skills.

- Basic knowledge of analog and digital circuits
