主要职责：

• 作为团队成员参与静态图像拍摄项目的制作，协助制片人进行制作管理，与不同业务部门的人员合作并进行沟通。
• 与供应商合作，确保遵守上海迪士尼度假区的安全和安保政策，并协助供应商进入后台区域进行工作。跟踪项目进度，协助制片人推动项目进展。
• 掌握摄影设备和软件（如Adobe Lightroom、Photoshop等）的基本知识和技能。
• 独立整理和归档数据，根据不同的目录/项目/时间需求记录和备份工作文件。协助收集第三方的所有信息，并协助管理资产库。

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking Print Production Intern to join marketing creative team and work closely with team members to strategically and practicably facilitate, implement and supporting ongoing print production projects, as well as supporting various contracts with 3rd party, proceed under company process, working with other LOBs to make sure the projects moving, and assets pool management.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the still image shoot projects’ production as a team member, work under the producer to assist on the production management, cooperate and communicate with different LOB skill.
• Work with the vendor to follow the SHDR security and safety policy, and assist them get access into the BOH for working purpose. Tracking and follow up on the progress, assist the producer to keep the project going.
• Have the basic knowledge and skill of the photography equipment and software, like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.
• Sort and collating of data independently, documentary and duplicate the working files by different catalog/project/time as needed. Assist to collect all the information from 3rd party and assist to manage the asset pool.

• 每周至少工作3天，持续6个月。
• 中文和英文口语和书面表达能力出色。
• 愿意在室内和室外工作，愿意在非标准工作时间工作，如在乐园开放前或关闭后，根据项目需求。
• 优先考虑大学四年级学生，且专业与商业相关。
• 有在跨国公司实习经验者优先。
• 具备出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
• 学习能力强，有主动性，能够独立解决问题。
• 熟练掌握Microsoft Office应用程序（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等）的中级水平。
• 能够在快节奏的工作环境中承受压力。

Required Qualifications

• 3 working days or above per week commitment at least 6 consecutive months
• Great spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Willing to work both indoor and outdoor, willing to work at non-standard working hours, like before park opening or after park closed as projects need. 
• Year4 student from the university and business related major preferred.
• Previous Internship experience in multinational Corporation preferred.
• Great Communication and interpersonal skill.
• Quick learning ability, initiative spirit and independent problem solving skills.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) are required
• Able to take pressure at fast-paced working environment.
