HD Shop Data Operation

• Contact window with HD(häagen-dazs) shop business/finance to understand shop business logic and support on shop data request and topic analysis (e.g. campaign analysis).
• Strong hands-on skill on data exploration to understand the data logic in data lake and relationship with upstream systems, be able to do trouble shooting, issue investigation and data recovery.
• Work out the dashboard in Quick BI according to the requirement, assist users to perform UAT, and carry out user trainings.
• Good presentation and documentation skill to describe the requirement and logic in both business and technical ways.

50% of Time

Lead Master Data Project

• Analyze relationship between different systems around master data and clarify business definition behind for each master data entity across multiple business teams, to propose proper master data maintenance process and system flow that aligned with business and system owner to ensure master data accuracy
• Cooperate with other team members and also vendors to drive and lead master data project for master data cleanup and system upgrade for continuous maintenance optimization.
• Build up the fuzzy data mapping functionality and master data quality assurance mechanism in Ali data lake to use big data platform to drive master data updates in MDM system (local master data management system).

Minimum Degree Requirements:   Bachelors

Preferred Major Area of Study: Computer Science, Analytics, Statics/math

Minimum years of related experience required: 2-4 years

Preferred years of related experience: 5-8 years
