根据国家和地方政府的相关法律法规和工厂相关要求，及时处理工厂各类HSE事故和事件，从而为员工创造一个安全、健康和舒适的工作环境，并持续提升工厂在安全、健康和环境方面的管理。

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility/Detailed job focuses

Ÿ  Ensure compliance of site operations with local regulations, laws and global standards and policies.

Ÿ  Implement and supervise the successful running of health & safety, environment management system, and contribute to the development of HSE Policy and achievement of the company’s objective. 

Ÿ  Develop and implement EHS SOPs, follow up the implementation of EHS policy, rules and standards.

Ÿ  Prepare for the application and collect the EHS permitting /license from the local government as operation required

Ÿ  Organize EHS Committee at the local operation site and follow up with the action plans

Ÿ  Improve employee EHS awareness, behavior by developing annual EHS training plan based on EHS training needs analysis

Ÿ  Follow up the action plan after the corporate and local authority audit

Ÿ  Responsible for EHS incident investigation and reporting, track related corrective actions.

Ÿ  Conduct Regularly EHS inspection, and ensure the implementation of the corrective actions

Ÿ  Supervise external contractor’s work, ensure the work meets the proper engineering standard and EHS requirements 

Ÿ  Responsible for the management of special equipment, certification of special operators

Ÿ  Responsible for all EHS related matters in the new projects

Ÿ  Hazardous waste management

Ÿ  Conduct occupational health check and industrial hygiene monitoring plan regularly

Ÿ  Other assigned works by line manager

教育程度/工作经历/能力:  Education /Experience/Capability Request

l 学士学位

l 国家注册安全工程师，6年以上工作经验

l 安全管理/环境科学/环境工程/机械工程等专业。

l 了解当地的安全法规和法律

l 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力

l 良好的英语听说读写能力
