Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the regional sales team to transform the business strategy and region target into regional training solutions. Drive regional performance growth through standard and customized programs and ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of the central training strategy.
l Effectively develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand business
l Identify regional business needs and recommend appropriate training solution and approaches
l Work in the field to coach the sales force to enhance professional capability
l Work in the field to monitor and feedback the executive capability among the sales force
l Work in the field to ensure and improve training knowledge internalization and collect best practice for further sharing
Implement central training programs into each region and facilitate the process according to regional business reality
Education:
l Bachelor’s degree at least
l MBA is a plus
Key Experience:
l Had sales management experience in pharma and with minimum 3 years sales training experience in healthcare
l Strong business acumen, planning and coaching skills
l Result oriented; Strong communication and influencing skills
l Good presentation and facilitation skills
l Proficiency in MS application
