Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Training Head is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team. This role focuses on equipping sales professionals with the tools, data, and business strategies, to integrate Central Marketing and Medical strategies, core campaigns into sales execution and feedback, to help sales team achieve the targets, improve customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
l Effectively develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand business
l Identify business needs, diagnose capability gaps and recommend appropriate training solution and approaches to address the needs
l Leverage appropriate resources to design and create effective training materials
l Deliver training programs according to commercial training plan after TTT and certification
l Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs for further follow up and improvement
l Work in the field to ensure and improve training knowledge internalization and collect training needs for future training optimization.

Education:
l Bachelor’s degree at least
l MBA is a plus
Key Experience:
l Had sales management experience in pharma and with minimum 5 years sales training experience in healthcare
l Strong strategic thinking, planning and coaching skills
l Customer oriented; Strong communication and influencing skills
l Agile in change management; Can integrate new techniques to enhance training effectiveness
l Proficiency in MS application
