职位介绍:
您将协助提供人力资源运营服务,包括但不限于入职、试用期管理、职位变动、晋升、合同续签、离职等。根据需求,提供优化服务流程的建议。
工作内容:
· 您将协助与新员工进行电话沟通,帮助安排聘用书签署会的时间并在系统中录入,根据要求发送系统沟通邮件;根据新员工的要求重新安排或取消聘用书签署会;
· 您将按照规定准备聘用书签署会或者入职日的文件,并把准备好的文件在指定地点按照日期存放妥善;在每次使用文件之前再次检查;能够按照要求重新准备文件并做好更改记录;
· 您将协助完成聘用书签署会或入职日的流程,包括但不限于欢迎新员工并指引其相关流程、分发材料、检查线上系统中文件填写的完整性、解释公司对入职流程要求等等;
· 您将总结聘用书签署会或入职日的结果,按照预定要求准备邮件发给相关工作伙伴;
· 您将最终检查并存档聘用书签署会或入职日收集的材料、整理数据、递交有关资料给相关工作伙伴;
· 您将协助收取并按照规定整理病假单,准确及时地将病假单信息录入数据库;
· 您将协助与业务部门交接病假单,并与业务部门沟通并跟进处理发现的病假单的问题;
· 您将协助工伤相关材料整理归档;
· 您将协助员工福利相关流程,包括但不限于保险卡发放、保险服务的沟通、外籍员工发票收集整理、年度保险计划升级材料收集整理、主入口通行证发放与销毁、餐券盖章整理等;
· 您将协助员工办理离职手续、在系统中完成离职审批、按照规定存档离职文件、提供离职相关的证明材料;
· 您将协助进行人事系统数据的整理,核对及相关文档的审核、存档,发送沟通邮件,并及时回复邮件。
Intern, HR Operations
Line of Business: Human Resources
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
You will assist in providing HR operations services, including but not limited to onboarding, probationary period management, position changes, promotions, contract renewals, separations, etc. You will provide suggestions for optimizing service processes based on demand.
Key Responsibilities:
· You will help to call new Cast, arrange offer appointments in the HR system and send communication letters from the system; reschedule or cancel the appointment upon request;
· You will prepare and package offer appointments or onboarding day documents according to instruction and store the material by date in a pre-arranged location, double check the document before use; revise the document upon request and keep track;
· You will assist the offer appointment and onboarding day process, including but not limited to welcoming new Cast, guiding the process according to instructions, distribution material, checking online form completeness in the computer, explain our expectation of the onboarding process, etc.;
· You will summarize offer appointments and onboarding activity results and prepare pre-defined emails to relevant working partners;
· You will do final checks and file documents after the offer appointment and onboarding activity are complete, consolidate data and pass relevant material or data to working partners;
· You will assist the collection of sick leave documents and sort them according to instructions and timely and accurately input the data into databases;
· You will support the leave documents handover with Line of Business contacts and follow up any issues identified during the handover;
· You will assist the sorting out and filing of work-related documents;
· You will assist in employee benefit-related processes, including but not limited to insurance card issuance, communication of insurance services, expatriate employee invoice collection and collation, annual insurance plan upgrade material collection and collation, Main Entrance Pass issuance and destruction, meal voucher stamping and collation, etc.;
· You will assist the off boarding process, system approval, documents filing, provide the off boarding relevant documents;
· You will provide administrative support for HR system related data checks, data audits, and record archives. You will send communication emails and reply promptly.

· 本科及以上学历,人力资源专业优先;

Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources is preferable.
· Have enough and sufficient time to be devoted and work for at least 3-4 days per week;
· Service oriented, detailed and patient, ability to maintain a high level of service;
· Strong adaptability and challenge/conflict solving ability;
· Positive thinking, helpful mindset, hardworking and with a smart working style;
· Good teamwork ability;
· Ability to exemplify the values of Shanghai Disney Resort and share these values to Cast during service.
