About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Analytics Manager with strong modeling expertise to join our Choreograph team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights through the development and application of statistical and machine learning models. You will be responsible for generating model-driven insights, including developing, maintaining, and validating statistical and machine learning models, leveraging your expertise in data processing, automation, and visualization to communicate these insights effectively. This position offers the opportunity to lead the development and application of advanced modeling techniques to enhance our data capabilities and contribute to the development of robust reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Modelling:
• Data Analysis and Modelling: Conduct in-depth analysis of media data, developing and implementing statistical models and machine learning algorithms (regression, random forest, etc.) to predict media investment based on client’s business KPI, allocate media budget to optimize media mix, evaluate media performance to improve overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Insight Generation and Communication: Translate complex data analysis and model results into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders. Create compelling data visualizations and narratives to communicate findings effectively and drive data-informed decision-making.
Collaboration & Support:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., media planning, client services) to understand data analysis needs and deliver relevant data solutions.
• Communicate analysis and model insights to internal teams, ensuring they understand the findings and addressing any questions they have about the underlying models
Measures of Success:
Within 6 Months:
• End-to-end Modeling Execution: Independently complete the entire modeling process, from data preparation and cleaning to robust model development, insightful analysis of model results, and the ability to present findings in comprehensive PPT reports.
• Dashboard Implementation Participation: Actively participate in the development and deployment of dashboards related to model analysis and insights.
Within 12 Months:
• Independent Project Delivery: Independently manage and deliver complete modeling projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of descriptive analysis and modeling techniques throughout the entire process.
• Proactive Optimization & Impact: Proactively identify opportunities for model-driven media optimization and present actionable insights to stakeholders, contributing to measurable improvements in campaign performance.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within a marketing, media, or advertising context.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R for statistical modelling.
• Solid understanding of modeling techniques, including linear, logistic, and other regression methods, ARIMA, predictive modeling, and data reduction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for data processing, analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with marketing campaign metrics and digital advertising platforms.
• Expertise of statistical concepts and experience with data modeling or machine learning techniques.
