In the role of “Talent Partner” you will contribute towards the achievement of the business’ people strategy through taking on the whole talent requisition process.
As a Talent Recruiter you are client service oriented, candidate experience driven. You have a keen understanding on all levels of the full-life cycle recruitment and takes full accountability of the recruiting activities. You will collaborate with Talent COE Head and HRBPs in designing and driving recruitment strategies, annual priorities, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent in the market all the while ensuring their alignment with General Mills talent profile and business short-term and long-term people needs.

Aligned with the Talent agenda, you will support Talent head and partner with HR team to implement the enterprise Talent Strategy, to satisfy the people needs coming through business short term and long term plan.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a great client and candidate experience throughout.
Develop, plan and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referral, campus recruiting, etc.
Continuously engages with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Business Partners) for feedback and improvements in execution of Talent Acquisition agenda.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating with candidates from beginning to end.
Lead the execution of Employer Branding activities to strengthen brand power in talent market and attract high-calibri with same culture DNA
Apply recruiting best practices and knowledge to improve process and services and ensure data integrity.
Contribute to recruitment effectiveness improvement program incl. channel/tools/cost
Develop a solid understanding of the local talent market as well as the General Mills China business
Fully utilizes the digital sourcing/recruitment tools to drive talent function digitalization transformation
Track talent data to provide analytics and insights to business and HR
Equip managers with required interviewing / assessment skills
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
Bachelor’s Degree or above, Know basic HR theory.
At least 6 years end-to-end recruiting experience (Recruitment and HR Business Partnering) in multinational company, experience in searching firm is an advantage.
Good interpersonal, analytical, consultative and selection/interview skills.
Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
Genuine interest in new technologies and tools and has experimental spirit to try and do differently
History of using data to advise internal clients and department leadership
Has a passion for sourcing talent and helping people learn and grow
Good command of MS Office; fluent in English verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and passionate
