A critical part of this role is to identify potential growth areas for key target markets or customers where BG can strengthen its market position and jointly develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sustainable commercial success in the region.
He/she drives and coordinates regional OEM customer negotiations and actively interacts with Regional Sales Leaders, Regional OEM/Distri Manager, Global Account Managers and BG Commercial Managers to deliver BG growth ambitions.
This is your new job:
•Regional price strategy in line with global guidelines for OEM and disti price book, to achieve BG objectives in terms of price erosion, margin and revenue optimization
•Lead and manage regional marketing teams to ensure effectiveness and consistency across all regional marketing efforts.
•Translate price trends and market requirements toward BGs as input to cost reduction roadmaps and margin optimization efforts
•Rigorously drive Culture of Performance throughout organization
•Manage relationship at senior level with key partners and internal stakeholders
•Participate and add to the strategy of the Global Commercial Marketing team
This is you:
Hard Skills:
•Experienced in dealing with global OEM channels and partners, building and maintaining good relationships with them
•Good knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains
•Microsoft Office skills (EXCEL, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Spotfire tool
•Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
Soft Skills:
•The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple global internal and external stakeholders
•Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
•Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
•Strong negotiation skills
