About the Role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Data Manager to join our Choreograph team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of campaign performance data. You will be responsible for the operational aspects of data reporting, leveraging your expertise in data processing, automation, and visualization to provide clear and actionable insights. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of robust reporting solutions and to apply analytical skills to enhance our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Data Reporting Operations:

• Data Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of campaign performance data across various sources and reporting tools.

• Regular Reporting: Deliver comprehensive and timely campaign performance reports on a monthly and regular basis, adhering to established reporting schedules and client requirements.

• Data Processing & Automation: Process tracked competitive spend data, focusing on automation through SQL queries, scripting, or other efficient methods to streamline data ingestion and transformation.

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to automate reporting processes, enhance data accessibility, and provide self-service analytics capabilities.

• Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes to identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign data.

Data Analysis & Improvement:

• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, processing, and reporting workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.

• Analytical Contribution (Appreciated): Apply data analytics skills, including statistical modeling or machine learning techniques, to uncover deeper insights from campaign data and contribute to predictive capabilities.

Collaboration & Support:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., media planning, client services) to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant data solutions.

• Provide support and guidance on data interpretation and reporting best practices to stakeholders.

• Contribute to the documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting methodologies.

Measures of Success:

Within 6 Months:

• Consistently deliver accurate and timely campaign performance reports.

• Implement at least one significant automation or efficiency improvement in data processing or reporting.

• Develop and deploy initial Power BI dashboards for key reporting needs.

Within 12 Months:

• Become a go-to expert for campaign data accuracy and reporting operations.

• Significantly enhance reporting capabilities through robust Power BI dashboards and automated processes.

• Proactively contribute analytical insights that inform campaign optimization or strategic decisions.


任职条件

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within a marketing, media, or advertising context.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and automation.

• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data processing and analysis.

• Familiarity with marketing campaign metrics and digital advertising platforms.

• Understanding of statistical concepts and experience with data modeling or machine learning techniques.
