Under the guidelines from Sonova (China), execute the sales job in defined regions to maintain & develop customers in order to achieve sales targets in term of average gross margin, market share and credit control. 在索诺瓦(中国)指导方针下,在规定的地区内执行销售工作,保持和发展客户,达成销售目标,市场份额和信贷控制。
岗位职责:
1. More than 8 years of regional sales experience, dealer management experience. 有8年以上区域销售经验,有经销商管理经验。
2. Responsible for the South Jiangsu and Shanghai region, to complete the region's KPI indicators
负责苏南和上海区域,完成该区域的KPI指标
3. Manage customers in the region, including but not limited in selling, stocking, inventory, expense write-off, activity assistance, etc. 管理区域内合作客户,包括售出,进货,库存,费用核销,活动协助等工作。
4. Expand the market; Actively develop cooperation opportunities within or outside the industry, and increase new customers. 开拓市场,积极开发行业内或行业外的合作机会,增加新客户。
5. Work out weekly report, monthly report and the visit reports after the business trip. 制定周报告、月度报告和出差报告。
6. Send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the sales team leader. 向销售团队领导者反馈市场信息、价格及竞争对手方面的信息。
7. Be the bridge if some customer complaining cases happen ;Provide the technical training support 处理顾客抱怨;提供技术培训协调等。

1.Bachelor degree above 本科以上学历
2.5 years above wholesale experience,5 年以上批发销售经验
3.Experience of selling in three or more different channels, or experience of selling hearing aids, is an advantage.负责过3个以上渠道销售经验或有助听器行业经验优先。
4.Ability to work under pressure能承受工作压力
