1. Manage East-CVS’s sales growth and profitability, including Lawson, C-STORE, 7-ELEVEN
2. Analyze growth drivers and set annual sales targets, track shipment, pos, inventory;
3. Penetrate and build a good relationship with the customers, maintain daily communication and respond to customer needs quickly, be mutually beneficial and win-win of sales plan;
4. Follow trade calendar, ensure sell in of NPD, sales activity, etc efficiently and on time;
5. Set account execution plan and on-going performance KPI,communicating with field sales team to reach excellent execution of MH, ACT and Perfect store;
6. Well cooperate with distributor team and do performance review by P to upgrade account service level;
7. Visit the market by P, understand customer needs, shopper behavior and market insights to find out the optimized sales plan;
8. Collect, summary and collate of data (shipment, pos, inventory, etc), share with account manager to develop promotion calendar and evaluation;
9. Support CVS channel development projects and initiatives;
10. TP management.
