Job Description
In your new role you will:
•Define and implement digitalization solutions for Infineon’s Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) factories, enhancing efficiency and agility.
•Integrate external manufacturing partners into our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless data exchange and collaboration.
•Operate and optimize solutions while ensuring they meet service level targets based on specific cluster requirements.
•You will be contributing to initiatives that drive automation, enable advanced analytics, and optimize sophisticated manufacturing systems across our global factory network. This role provides a unique opportunity to see end-to-end digitalization in action and play a part in shaping the future of smart manufacturing. The International Graduate Program offers a structured yet flexible framework to develop your skills, gain diverse experiences, and build a robust international network. The key elements include:
- Rotational Assignments: Work across key areas of Digital Manufacturing, gaining exposure to advanced digitalization solutions, data integration, and operational excellence.
- Global Exposure: Embark on an international assignment of 4-8 months at one of our sites in Asia, Europe, or the Americas. This will allow you to experience a different culture, expand your network, and deepen your understanding of our global operations.
- Mentoring and Training: Benefit from tailored training sessions and individual mentoring to accelerate your professional growth.
- Challenging Projects: Take ownership of impactful projects that focus on implementing digital solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and integrate external partners.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. You have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, Business Administration (with a focus on technology), or a related field from a 985 university or ranked in the top QS
100.
2. Already gained some practical experience in digital technologies, data analytics, manufacturing processes, and automation e.g. through internships during your studies.
3. An affinity for technology as well as high commitment and willingness to pursue desirable goals.
4. High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges.
5. You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
6. And, of course, you speak and write fluent English.
And you fully agree with these statements:
