职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Product marketing:

- Understand market tailwinds / competitor movements, consumer needs, and brand positioning/ possible opportunity

- Collaborate with RHQ and brand holder in defining franchise positioning and JTBD, product 6p and mixed projects relevant to local market

- Deliver communication message and assets to local market

- Regular business tracking and review for tangible actions in business improvement

2. Integrated communication campaign:

- Understand campaign objective/strategy/ cadence

- Execute with integrated knowledge in digital/ social/ ec/ tmkt/ crm/ pr/ vmd/ training

- Clearly review and proactively optimize with growth mindset

3. Collaborative engagement with cross functions

- Proactively cooperate with cross functions (internal & external) for resource synergy

- Engage with cross functions in daily work with team spirit and growth mindset

任职条件

Qualification & Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above.

- 5 years working experience in marketing/communication related background in beauty industry fragrance category.

- Product marketing, Integrated communication campaign experience.

- Solid experience on leading product campaign from ideation to deployment.

- Strong understanding of product marketing and consumer behavior.

- Strong project management and campaign management skill, multi-task management, learning agility, business rigorous.

- Strategic thinking with can-do attitude, excellent influence skill and people management skill.

- Profound understanding of fragrances and excellent copywriting taste.

- Fluent in oral and written English, French is a plus.

- Niche fragrance brand experience is a plus.

- Digital relevant experience is a plus.
