The Head of Partnership / China will report to the GM, China publishing.


Position Summary

The Head of Partnership will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our market position will be based in Shanghai, and drive business growth in China. This role requires deep industry and product knowledge, ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and strong business development skills. The ideal candidate will lead partnership strategies that expand our reach beyond existing business models and contribute to our long-term success in the Chinese gaming market.


Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development and Management·
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market positioning in China·
  • You will Identify and source potential product opportunities that leverage our IP and resonate with Chinese consumers·
  • You will demonstrate strong knowledge of the gaming product market in China and stay informed about emerging trends and consumer preferences·
  • You will lead cross-functional teams in the evaluation and implementation of new product initiatives· Establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal teams and external partners involved in product development·
  • You will establish metrics to measure the success of new growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • New Growth Exploration
  • You will identify and evaluate new growth opportunities beyond our current business scope in the Chinese market·
  • Lead initiatives to explore non-publishing business opportunities that complement our core offerings·
  • Develop strategies to expand our company's reach outside existing business models·
  • Assess potential risks and returns of new business ventures and make recommendations to senior management

任职条件

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;

· Minimum 10 years of partnership management experience in gaming industry;

· Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth

· Deep understanding of the Chinese gaming ecosystem, gaming developers, business models, and regulatory environment

· Leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams

· Ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans

· Fluency in Mandarin and English and presentation skills
