根据通力的业务需求和开发流程，开发和维护电梯或自动扶梯产品的布局工具。
1. 布局工具开发
推动通力电梯布局工具的开发，使其与定期产品发布、客户需求保持一致。
2.跨职能协作
与工程、产品管理和区域利益相关者合作，确定与布局相关的要求，并将其转化为可操作的工具增强功能。
3.创新的系统解决方案
构建和优化支持布局工具的服务器/数据库基础设施，优先考虑安全性、性能和可扩展性。
4.用户支持和持续改进
解决用户报告的与工具相关的问题，并提供有针对性的解决方案或定制。
5.全球CAD工具集成
与国际团队合作，协调布局工具开发计划。
6.BIM管理
维护和更新建筑信息建模（BIM 3D）库，更新最新的电梯/自动扶梯产品数据。
Major Area of Responsibilities:
Based on KONE business needs and development process to the develop and maintain layout tools for elevator or escalator products.
1. Layout Tool development
Drive the of KONE’s elevator layout tools development to align with regular product releases, customer specifications.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and regional stakeholders to identify layout-related requirements and translate them into actionable tool enhancements.
3. Innovative System Solutions
Architect and optimize server/database infrastructure supporting layout tools, prioritizing security, performance, and scalability.
4. User Support & Continuous Improvement
Troubleshoot tool-related issues reported by frontline teams and deliver targeted solutions or customizations.
5. Global CAD Tool Integration
Collaborate with international teams to align layout tools development initiatives and harmonization.
6. BIM Management
Maintain and update Building Information Modeling (BIM 3D) libraries to reflect the latest elevator/escalator product data.
